Hawaii's Humpback Whales and Marine Environment

Program #12140 | Maui | 6 nights

Got Whales? Grab your camera and be prepared to see the humpback whale up-close. In the winter and spring, humpback whales migrate to Maui, making the island one of the world's greatest whale-watching locations. Look for whales as you embark on whale watch cruises and snorkeling adventures led by local whale research and conservation groups. Discover other marine life, including dolphins, turtle s, tropical fish, manta rays, corals, and numerous coral reef inhabitants. Explore the largest tropical reef aquarium in the Western Hemisphere. Study Hawaii's marine environment via whale-watches, tide pool exploration, snorkeling, fish rubbing (an art form), demonstrations using Hawaii's seafood, and tasting of Hawaii's regional seafood cuisine.
